You can purchase $216 GeekDollar maximum. You can purchase again after you used up your Purchased GeekDollar in your Geek Wallet. But as for Incentive GeekDollar and Referral GeekDollar, there are no limits of how much you can earn.
2. Is Purchased GeekDollar refundable?
Yes. Purchased GeekDollar is refundable within 30 days of issuance. After 30 days, it will stay in your Geek Wallet and cannot be refunded. If you have used part of the total amount, you can still refund the balance according to the deduction percentage in the chart below:

To pay with GeekDollar, simply select "Pay with GeekDollar" when you check out, then the appropriate amount of GeekDollar will automatically be deducted from your Geek Wallet.
