| Hello there I was wondering if payment thru pay-pal could be done any faster but any way I do videos for funeral homes and there is a very BIG selection of the merchandise that I need and at a price that CANNOT be beat by ANYONE. I am very satisified with their customer service dept and the way they handled my call to them.I will not hesitate to order again or even refer other people to order from the techgeek. I just wish I knew about this web site earlier on.Just one question would you be able to indicate whether your DVD cases either slim or regular if they have a plastic sleeve on the outside for the covers. My rating for The trechgeek would be above and beyond EXCELLENT A+++++++++++++++++

| I just wanted to say what an unexpected pleasure it was to deal with your customer support. So often any questions asked via email seem to be answered by a bot looking for keywords and it then takes several more emails to get to a person who even then may not really understand English.

| You have a good variety of products and excellent prices. However, I would appreciate a thorough explanation of the differences between assorted kinds of media (for example: DVD-R, DVD+R, etc.) It would help to know which type to choose for each kind of project. Would also like to know what speed media (4x, 8x) to purchase for the Sony DVD burner I am purchasing from your site. |

| Hello i recently had an order go arry after recieving some defective discs from the mix up techgeek had. I emailed techgeek and within minutes to hours (depending) i recieved timely responses. The emails started with trying to help with the problem of making sure the discs were compatible etc to finding out i should do a RMA. Through the whole experience i must say for having a rough time with the product the customer support/service techgeek has is amazing. My service rep is also named Jason and im emailing now to just say He was very friendly and helpful throughout my whole ordeal. Thanks techgeek for having great customer care!
