How can I place an order using my in store credit?
First, we'll send you a code for your in store credit. Then, when you decide to purchase an item, just follow the normal procedure of purchasing an item. When you get to the portion that tells you to enter your billing/shipping information, on the bottom of that page there should be a blank box where you will enter the code we sent you.
What can I do if my credit card is declined?
Call your credit card company to see why your credit card is declined. When the problem is fixed, you can order the item you want from us.
Do you have Will Call?
Yes, just call us at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM. Place your order and pay for it. Then come by our warehouse with your order number, which we will tell you. Our address is:

(From Washington Blvd.) turn onto Osgood Road and go down it for half a mile. When you see a few white buildings to your left, turn into it. We are located in the back. Our building is called STI Certified Products, Inc. Just drive to the back of our building to the warehouse.
(From Durham heading toward Auto Mall Parkway) make a right at Osgood Road. Past Fry's Electronics, drive half a mile until you see a few white buildings. One of the buildings should be called Shop Dimension. Make a right into them and we are located in the back. Our building is called STI Certified Products, Inc. Just drive to the back of our building to the warehouse.
Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
If you want to add, change or remove items after it has been submitted you would have to call us at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, just give us a call at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM.
Can I use two coupon codes for one order?
No, only one coupon code can be used for one purchase. If you want to use the other coupon code, then make a separate purchase.
May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?
Yes you can. Just give us a call at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM and we will assist you.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM. If your order has already shipped or processed, you need to follow the return procedure.
Can cancelled orders be reactivated?
No, once you cancel an order it stays cancelled. However, you can reorder the items you want. Just do the same procedure you did the first time you ordered.
How do I check my order status?
Just click HERE to get to the Contact Us page. On the middle of the screen you should see the order status link. Click on ˇĄTrack It Now' and enter your email account and password.
What is my credit card ID or CVV2 Code?
On the back of your credit card, last 3 digits for Visa, Master, and Discover. For American Express, it is the 4 digits number above your credit card number on the front side.
What happens if/when an item is backordered/out-of-stock after I placed an order?
We'll call or e-mail you to tell you the item(s) you ordered is backordered/out-of-stock and when the estimated time of arrival is.
I entered the coupon code when I placed an order but it was voided. What should I do?
Either the coupon code has expired or you entered an invalid coupon code. Just e-mail us the coupon code number or call us at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM and we'll be glad to assist you.
Why didn't I receive confirmation after I placed my order?
Your e-mail may have blocked our e-mail confirmation. You can call us at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM to make sure that your order was received or you can login to your account, there you should be able to see you confirmation.
I am experiencing trouble with my shopping cart. What might be wrong?
Your computer may have security software that blocked our shopping cart. To access the shopping cart you can either turn of your security software or consult your administrator. You can also call us at 1-510-931-6522, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM for further assistance.
My order was cancelled while my credit card had an authorization hold. When will I get a refund?
Within 7 business days.
